    CHADRON-- More than 500 students were honored by Chadron State College for excellence this past semester. Chadron State College announced that 270 students met requirements for the Spring 2019 President’s List by earning a 4.0 cumulative grade point average on a 4.0 scale.     Cheyenne County deputies and Sidney police responded to a report of a self-inflicted gunshot victim in the 2200 block of Cheyenne County Road 113 at about 5:22 p.m. May 7.
