    Sidney Fire Department responded to a report of a truck hauling hay on fire near Highway 385 and Highway 30 at about 4:15 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 17. The Sidney Fire Department called City crews to remove hay bales to the landfill to be extinguished. No damage was reported except the loss of hay, and no injuries in the incident.
