    The Cheyenne County Commissioners approved a request by High West Energy to construct a power line. The proposed power line will be constructed from Highway 30 north along County Road 91 for about 3,300 feet. Tim Lang of High West Energy was present at the meeting Monday.     Volunteers get ready to unload trucks of food to be boxed for the King's Daughters food distribution Friday morning. This year 132 baskets were donated for 438 people.
