    GERING (AP) — A 33-year-old western Nebraska man has been given 30 to 48 months in prison for sexually assaulting a child. Scottsbluff radio station KNEB says Keith Van Winkle, of Minatare, had made a deal with prosecutors and pleaded no contest to reduced charges in Scotts Bluff County District Court. Bockhahn, 21, was taken to Sidney Regional Medical Center after the 2003 Mercury SUV he was operating left the roadway on County Road 32 south, at about 9:22 p.m. Sunday.
