    Census figures released last week show Cheyenne County's growth rate reversed to net losses in the last decade. For a number of years Cheyenne County had been one of the areas in the state that had regularly shown growth. But according to the latest figures, the area is now in decline, while Banner County is the lone Panhandle county to show slight growth.   • Sidney Man Killed In Wyoming Crash

    A Sidney man was killed Monday in a traffic accident east of Cheyenne. According to the Wyoming State Patrol, the fatal crash occurred at milepost 368 on Interstate 80 east of Cheyenne. Around 6:34 a.m., Wyoming Highway Patrol troopers were dispatched to the area for a motor vehicle collision. The Patrol reports a 2013 Freightliner was traveling eastbound on Interstate 80 when the Freightliner drifted into the emergency lane.     For the sixteenth year, students from the University of Nebraska Medical Center College (UNMC) of Dentistry will be heading west to be a part of Dental Day on May 31 and June 1.
