LINCOLN--Gov. Pete Ricketts has signed Legislative Bill 42 beefing up state law on the use of child car seats. Two vehicles collided in Dalton Thursday, April 5, resulting in minor damage. A 2015 Jeep compact utility vehicle driven by Shirley M.
