A multi-disciplinary team of University of Nebraska-Lincoln researchers will conduct a two-year study to see how soil nitrogen levels affect protein levels in the grain that comes from Nebraska wheat fields. The change in trash rates for the Sidney area means all customers will be billed at the same rate per yard of trash, according to Sidney City Manager Ed Sadler. The funds will be loaned to the City at 3.35 percent with cash available by the end of August.
