    The Cheyenne County Fair continues tonight and Saturday. Highlights of the weekend include tonight's concert with the McKenzie JaLynn Band opening for Rodney Atkins.     Sidney Police Department is continuing its investigation following the discovery of counterfeit bills in a Sidney aprtment last week. This marks the fourth consecutive year of declining Nebraska agricultural land values.
