    March 13: An Idaho man escaped injury when the truck-trailer he was driving went off the road near Sidney. Merrill Green, 61, of Ammon, Idaho, was driving a 2018 Freightliner truck and trailer east on Cheyenne County Road 16 at about 30 miles per hour, according to the Cheyenne County Sheriff’s Office accident report.     The City of Sidney received a $24,665 donation from the Public Alliance for Community Energy (ACE) Tuesday. The donation is a portion of $300,000 being returned to communities through ACE’s revenue return program.
