    SCOTTSBLUFF - Western Nebraska Community College will celebrate 264 students that will graduate with a degree, certificate, or diploma on Saturday, May 14 at Cougar Palace in Scottsbluff. WNCC's 90th annual commencement is scheduled for 4 p.m. in Cougar Palace. The ceremony is open to the public and will also be livestreamed for those who are unable to attend in person.
