    Bulk hand sanitizer was donated to the Salvation Army in Sidney Monday morning. The donation is a result of Sean Blackburn of Blackburn Eye Clinic contacting Roger Berry of the Nebraska Ethanol Board to possibly donate hand sanitizer to area responders and places including the Salvation Army.
