    Every year thousands of residential, commercial, and agricultural customers served by Black Hills Nebraska Gas Choice Gas Program are given the opportunity to choose a third-party supplier to provide their natural gas. In an effort to gauge how Nebraska Choice Gas customers feel about the program, the Nebraska Public Service Commission (PSC) is seeking feedback through an online survey.
