    The Friends of the Sidney Public Library received a $750 gift towards their new project from their hometown neighbor, Platte Valley Bank. The Friends of the Sidney Public Library are working alongside Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library to get books into the hands of Cheyenne County children. The group is hoping to deliver free books to children ages five and under. Once a child is enrolled in the program, books arrive monthly in the mail to each child until they reach the age of 5. ...
