    A man was found dead Sunday morning in the Walmart parking lot in Sidney. Jan Poleszuk, 63, of Cambridge, Ontario, Canada, was found dead about 7:15 a.m. Sunday next to a tractor trailer in the northwest corner of the parking lot. He was the driver of the truck, according to a press release issued by Cheyenne County Attorney Paul Schaub. The release stated a passerby noticed the body lying on the ground and called 911 that morning.     The Sidney Police Department is actively investigating a sting of vandalism cases in the city. In recent weeks, multiple residents have reported rocks being thrown through windows on their vehicles and homes, along with other acts of vandalism. Sidney Police Assistant Chief Joe Aikens said the department is asking anyone who has been the victim of similar offenses to contact the department if they have not already.
