The City of Sidney dog tags for the year 2015 have arrive and are being issued to all pet owners. The tags are at the Sidney Police Department at 1715 Illinois St. Owners must bring a certificate of current rabies vaccination for each dog or a license will not be issued. Coming off its loss to a tough Scottsbluff squad last Saturday, the Sidney High boys' basketball team will face two more tests this weekend.
