    SIDNEY - The 25th Annual Youth Classic Basketball Tournament will be held February 24-26th at the Cheyenne County Community Center in Sidney. This year, wristbands must be purchased to enter. There will be different colored wristbands for different days. Single-day bands will be $6 for ages 12 and up, $5 for ages 5-11 years old.
