    Cabela's employees from the 6th Avenue downtown location arrived at the Community Action Partnership of Western Nebraska office bearing coats, boots, gloves and plenty of smiles on Wednesday. About 251 coats were donated this year through Cabela's annual coat drive. That number doesn't include the hats, gloves, boots and other clothing in the load.     Robert Roy "Bob" Willis, 86 of Sidney, died Mon., Nov. 17, 2014 at his son's home in Riverton, Wyo. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Mon., Nov. 24th in the First United Methodist Church in Sidney, with Rev Tom Hyde officiating. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.   • 16 die on Nebraska roadways in October

    Sixteen people were killed in traffic accidents on the state’s roadways during October, according to data collected by the Nebraska Department of Roads. There were 11 fatalities on the roads in October 2013. Last month, the 16 fatalities occurred in 16 separate crashes. In those accidents, none of the 14 vehicle occupants were using safety belts.
