Paul Eugene “Gene” Lybarger, 73, passed away Oct. 29, 2018 in Pueblo, Colo. Paul was born in Sterling, Colo. to Paul H. and Blanche V. (Ranum) Lybarger on Nov. 7th 1944. Growing up in Sidney, Neb., Paul attended Sidney Public Schools, and had fun fishing and hunting with his family and friends.
