The Cheyenne County Chamber recently presented the Friends of the Library with Dress Down Day Funds. This year, 230 children participated in the Sidney Public Library's Summer Reading Program, supported by the Friends of the Sidney Public Library. Upon successful completion, individuals received a $5 gift certificate from Dairy Queen. The Dress Down Day Funds helped defray the costs of the program.
