The Eric Dickinson Accessible Anglers Derby is holding its seventh annual fishing event this week, and everyone is invited to attend. Thomas R. Hecht, 52 of Broadwater, passed away at home with family by his side Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014. His funeral service will be held on Wed., Sept. 17, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Broadwater Fire Hall in Broadwater with Pastor Leon "Bud" Gillespie officiating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
