    On Saturday morning, the Sidney Cross Country teams earned first place honors at the Chadron State College High School Cross Country Meet, continuing their dominant start to the Cross Country season.     The community of Dalton will have its Fall Festival this weekend, Sept. 17-19. The Dalton Fall Festival is scheduled in coordination with the Leyton High School Homecoming events. Activities start Friday with a Potato Bar at the American Legion from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m..
