Tonya Yates, 37, of Sidney was in District Court Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing on the charge of aiding consumation of a felony, a class IV felony. J. Joellen Grovijohn, 75, of Nickerson, NE died Monday, September 5, 2016 at Methodist Hospital in Omaha. Joellen was born March 12, 1941 in Sidney, to Joseph and Irene(Hazlett)Carlson. She lived in Sidney until the age of 16 and then lived in the Boise and Nampa, Idaho area for 6 years.
