    With nine decades of experience, residents in Lodgepole know how to make the most of Labor Day Weekend.     The community of Potter is inviting locals to the 84th annual Potter Days celebration Sept. 3-6.     Chadron State College President Dr. Randy Rhine stopped in Sidney Monday afternoon as part of a tour discussing CSC's new facilities.     Nebraska recorded zero fatalities on Interstate 80 during the three day (Aug. 28-30), I-80/I-35, Border-to-Border Traffic Safety Initiative.   • Cheyenne County Young Professionals raise donations

    The Cheyenne County Young Professionals, a subcommittee of the Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce, organized a sand volleyball tournament to support community involvement and raise money for local schools.
