    Nebraska Highway Patrol is considering Sidney Airport as a possible new base of operations. Ron Meyer, Airport Authority member, reported to Sidney City Council Tuesday the Highway Patrol is looking to relocate from Ogallala. “They’re looking for hangar space,” Meyer said. “They want an area to operate out of.     Owen Kurz, Boy Scout Troop 90, approached the Sidney City Council Tuesday about repairing and rehabilitating Camp Fuller Boy Scout Camp. The youth camp, named for land-owner Hubert R.     Commuters in the Sidney area need to watch for alternate routes when entering Sidney from the west on Highway 30. The intersection of Fort Sidney Road and Highway 30 will be closed for three weeks beginning Aug. 22. Simon Contractors will be constructing new turning lanes and giving the intersection a face lift.
