    Maria Victoria Campa, 37, and Carlos Zamora, Jr., 41, are being held in Logan County Jail, Sterling, Colo., following her arrest on July 18. The pair, were arrested, along with two juveniles, on U.S. Highway 138 near Iliff in Logan County. One of the juveniles was a six-week-old infant taken from the Sidney area. Through its Back to School Pack program, CAPWN is planning again to help supply school supplies for students who may have extra need.     LINCOLN – Many rural Nebraskans are saving money and generating income by using the internet, according to the 2018 Nebraska Rural Poll. Six in 10 rural Nebraskans surveyed are using the internet to save money by price matching or bargain hunting, and about one-third are generating income by buying or selling items online.     Sidney’s 12U Cal Ripken baseball team headed to North Platte last week to compete in the Cal Ripken Midwest Plains Regional Baseball Tournament.     Sidney's Senior American Legion baseball team ended their season over the weekend by traveling to Chadron to compete in the B-7 tournament. On Friday, Sidney faced Chadron in the opening round.
