    The Western Nebraska Community College cosmetology department was plastered in pink on Thursday in honor of cancer survivors being treated to a free spa day. Laughter trickled out of the pedicure room and into the department's hallway as the survivors laughed and joked with one another. Memorial services will be held at 10 a.m., Monday, July 28, 2014 in the Holechek Funeral Home in Sidney with Pastor David Hall of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church officiating.
