    New Assistant City Manger Dawn Martin was introduced to the Sidney City Concil at its first regular June meeting Tuesday evening before quickly dispatching a short, routine agenda. Martin, who who worked as an environmental assistance coordinator with the Nebraska Department of Environmental Quality (NDEQ) in Lincoln, began her sting as assistant city manager last week.
