    SIDNEY – Sidney Police Department (SPD) announced it made a second arrest relating to the burglary at Haupt Storage. In a statement to the the Sidney Sun-Telegraph, SPD Chief Joe Aikens explained the department has been investigating this case since it was reported on May 6.
