    Concern for livestock grew as the Nebraska Department of Agriculture confirmed 12 cases of equine infectious anemia June 4 in Northwestern Nebraska. According to the Nebraska Department of Agriculture, EIA is dangerous only to horses, mules and donkeys.     Jo Dent Selzer, 89, passed away peacefully in Evergreen, Colo., on May 31, 2013. She was born in Lyons, Georgia on September 1, 1923 to Joseph and Sarah (Sharpe) Dent. She was married to James M. Selzer of Scottsbluff, Nebr., on December 26, 1944. Following his death in Korea in 1952, she married Michael M. Selzer of Sidney, Nebr., on February 13, 1954.
