    This summer, the Cheyenne County 4-H will be expanding its First Lego League robotics program with activities for children and young adults from kindergarten all the way through 12th grade.     Jacob Spachek has been selected as the Sidney Rotary Club Scholarship recipient for 2016. Spachek, son of Kurt and Linda Spachek stated that he would be attending Kansas State University this fall and plans to study mechanical engineering. The Rotary scholarship is for $1,000.00 and is provided by the fund-raising activities of the local Rotary International Club.
