    Josephine F. Lang, 98 of Littleton, Colo. and former Sidney resident, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 15, at the Restore Health and Rehab Center in White Plains, Md. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 30 with Wake Services at 6 p.m., Tuesday evening, Dec. 29.     Fourteen students with local ties were named to the president's or dean's list for the 2015 fall semester at Chadron State College. Students who were named to the president's list include Barrett Browne, Kelsey Carwin, Natausha Holtz and Andrew Phelps of Sidney, and Katherine Ashmore and Jillian Kepler of Chappell.
