Cheyenne County deputies and Sidney police responded to a report of a self-inflicted gunshot victim in the 2200 block of Cheyenne County Road 113 at about 5:22 p.m. May 7. Sidney senior Christian Balandran signed a commitment letter to attend Chadron State College to run track for the Eagles starting in the Fall of 2019.
