    Christina Spaulding, 37, of Potter, died Tuesday, April 10, when the car she was driving was struck by a Union Pacific train at the Cheyenne County Road 91 crossing just north of Highway 30. The accident occurred at about 6:40 a.m., according to Union Pacific Director of Media Relations Kristen South.     Sign-up for the Sidney Swim Team is beginning for youth ages five to 18. Sidney Swimmers will have six meets across the Panhandle. The team competes against Nebraska teams Bridgeport, Rushville, Alliance, Sidney and Hemmingford plus Torrington, Wyoming. Practices are early morning. Meets are on Saturdays.
