Throughout National Children's Dental Health Month in February, Summit Dental Group in Sidney collected toothbrushes, mouth wash, floss and toothpaste for local at-risk children to raise oral health awareness. Summit Dental Group partnered with America's ToothFairy, a National Children's Oral Health Foundation that launched in February 2014. Sidney High School's Will Castner finished ninth in the Extemporaneous Speaking category at the 2015 Nebraska Class B State Speech meet on Thursday. Castner was the only Red Raider who had qualified for the competition, held at the University of Nebraska-Kearney. His ninth-place finish was among 17 other Class B competitors.
