A watershed project long in the works could be changing routes as the Sidney City Council voted to go with an east route towards the Lodgepole Creek during Tuesday's regular meeting. Once completed, the watershed would control the water flowing down Fort Sidney Road, with ditches and culverts handling any runoff, even during large storms. The Cheyenne County Commissioners selected a construction company from two sealed bids for projects providing armor coating to about 12 miles of county roads during Monday's regular meeting.
