    The Cheyenne County Sheriff's Office arrested four people Wednesday in connection with thefts from vehicles in the Dalton and Gurley area.     A Lorenzo family escaped injury when a fire erupted in their home Monday evening. Sidney volunteer firefighters were called to the home of Dave and veronica Phelps at 6:45 p.m. after Veronica arrived home to find the house filled with smoke, according to Sidney Fire Chief Lavern Bown.     Naples, Florida-based Keating Resources recently sold its 72-unit Lodgepole Creek Apartments. The Apartments were sold to Princeton Management, a Fairfield, Michigan-based property management company. The sale was made just 60 days after Keating's initial purchase.
