    It seems like winter is coming to an end, at least according to next week’s weather forecast. With the switch to Daylight Savings Time coming early Sunday morning, residents will not only be moving their clocks ahead an hour, but will also be springing into 60-degree weather. The forecast through March 13 predicts temperatures rising into the 60s with light winds, according to the Weather Channel’s national forecast.     Most people take for granted the most simple tasks such as walking. However for Sidney's John Bahr, he's had to make huge strides to overcome adversity and life as a quadriplegic.     MINATARE – More than 125 students from across the Panhandle competed last week during the Minuteman Activities Conference Speech Contest. Schools that competed included Banner County, Bayard, Creek Valley, Garden County, Leyton, Minatare, Potter-Dix and South Platte.
