    A vote on additional proposed improvements to Hillside Golf Course was postponed at on Tuesday’s city council meeting due to the absence of two council members. Danielle Conrad introduced a bill to the Nebraska legislature that would lower student loan repayment obligations for attorneys who serve low earning clients in rural parts of the state.
