    The City of Sidney named Ed Sadler as its new city manager on Wednesday morning. Sadler was chosen from three finalists for the position. He is currently the city manager of Webster City, Iowa. In a phone interview Wednesday morning, Sadler said he is excited about the new position.     Mayor Mark Nienueser suggested taking submissions for possible names for Sidney's new aquatic center at Tuesday's City Council meeting. The public can make a submissions for the name to the city or Geri Anthony, interim city manager, until the next city council meeting on Feb. 23.     Kelsey Knight's offensive output in overtime proved to be the difference in Sidney's 47-45 win over visiting Mitchell on Tuesday. The Sidney junior scored five of the team's six points in the extra frame, and led the team offensively with 13 points on the night.
