    The Cheyenne County Chamber of Commerce held its annual banquet Friday. The banquet was held at the Sidney Elks Lodge, and various awards were given to community members.     The Peetz Plateau School District is gathering information via an online survey and a community forum to discuss a potential four-day school week.     Sidney Regional Medical Center recently received recognition for its work to combat diabetes. The American Diabetes Association awarded SRMC with the prestigious Education Recognition Certificate for a quality diabetes self-management education program. Thus far I have talked about utilizing no-till crop production techniques to minimize soil disturbance and adopting a dynamic crop rotation.
