Cheyenne County is still digging its way out of over 14 inches of snow left behind by the storm earlier this week. One of the issues on everybody's mind is when the roads will be cleared. Sidney's snow removal policy is laid out and worked in stages. Stage one is the Emergency Snow Routes, which are over 200 miles of road that takes priority when it comes to street clean up. The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services received reports of two cases of travel-related Zika virus. These are the first cases in the state. One is in Douglas County and the other is in Sarpy County, and both people are females in their 20s who recently traveled to Zika-affected countries. Neither one was hospitalized.
