Sidney police and Cheyenne County sheriff's deputies responded to reports of an attempted bank robbery Friday morning at the Sidney Federal Savings & Loan. After about a year of planning, the city and South Platte Natural Resources District are finally preparing to move forward with the east Sidney watershed project.
