    Voters will go to the polls on Tuesday, Feb. 10 to decide on the fate of the school bond issue. It will mark the third time residents have voted on the issue since September 2013, with the two previous bond measures failing by narrow margins each time.     Wayne (Pete) Otto Van Cleave died on Jan. 14, 2015, at age 96, at Hillcrest Care Center in Laurel, Neb. Pete was born Jan. 2, 1919, at New Raymer, Colo., to Otto and Millie Van Cleave. He lived most of his early life in Wyoming and graduated from McFadden High School in McFadden, Wyo. He married Cleo Bowser on June 25, 1943, in Kimball. Pete and Cleo lived in different towns in the western part of Wyoming moving around with Pete's job in the oil fields. They moved to Sidney, Nebraska, in 1950... Full story

Senator John Harms and Jordan Colwell, both of Scottsbluff, formally joined the Foundation Board of Directors in October 2014.
