    Sidney Regional Medical Center will close its Ogallala satellite office for Home Health and Hospice effective March 30. Services will be available through Grant Hospital.     Kimball Health Services has a new affiliation. KHS announced late Monday afternoon that it has signed a joint operating agreement with Regional West Health Services of Scottsbluff. The agreement is effective immediately, according to a press release.   • Charges reduced in domestic dispute case involving Atkins

    A Sidney man allegedly involved in a domestic dispute with a 16-year-old has had the charges reduced in the case. Scott H. Atkins, 55, was originally charged with making terroristic threats, use of a weapon and child abuse after the incident Nov. 28 at a residence in the 1100th block of 7th Avenue. He now faces third-degree assault charges, according to Cheyenne County Attorney Paul Schaub.   • Sidney man receives prison time for drug conviction

    A 22-year-old Sidney man was sentenced on Wednesday to 20 to 60 months in prison for possession of methamphetamine. Javier Campos was sentenced Wednesday in Cheyenne County District Court by Judge Derek Weimer. Campos received the maximum sentence for the class IV felony. Previously. Campos was sentenced in March 2012 to two to four years in prison for attempted possession of methamphetamine with the intent to deliver. He was released on parole after serving seven months....
