    LINCOLN – Cheyenne County received a membership dividend of $9,480 from the Nebraska Intergovernmental Risk Management Association (NIRMA), the county's property, liability and workers' compensation coverage provider.     Twenty-five people were killed in traffic accidents on the state’s roadways during September, according to data collected by the Nebraska Department of Roads. There were 23 fatalities on the roads in September 2013. The 25 fatalities marks the most in any single month this year. Last month, the 25 fatalities occurred in 24 crashes.
