    Registrations are now being accepted for the 22nd Annual Miss Basketball Shootout tournament in Kearney, June 11-12. The event has divisions for big and small schools in grades 9-12.     Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have risen 2.4 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.10 per gallon yesterday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska.
