    RUSHVILLE, Neb. – In the final swim meet of the season – known as the “Medal Meet” – the Sidney Stingrays came home from Rushville with the most hardware by collecting 139 total medals with 50 of them being gold. Swimmers were awarded a medal for finishing in the top three places in each event. Sidney far outpaced runner-up Torrington, which collected 53 total medals.     Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have fallen 0.5 cents per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.66 per gallon Sunday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska.     The final scheduled boating safety courses in the Panhandle will be held July 13, 14 and 18, according to Scott Eveland, boating safety officer for the Nebraska Game and Parks Commission.
