Seaman Recruit Joseph W. Tomsick graduated from Great Lakes Naval Training Center on Sept. 25 to the rank of E2, Seaman Apprentice. Tomsick was a member of the 2015 graduating class at Sidney High School and has a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do from the ATA Family Martial Arts School in Sidney.
