    Average retail gasoline prices in Nebraska have fallen one cent per gallon in the past week, averaging $2.33 per gallon Sunday, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 1,150 gas outlets in Nebraska. This compares with the national average that has increased 0.5 cents per gallon in the last week to $2.29 per gallon, according to gasoline price website GasBuddy.com. The visiting Warriors opened a 24-6 lead after one quarter and extended it to 38-12 by the intermission.     Seaman Recruit Joseph W. Tomsick graduated from Great Lakes Naval Training Center on Sept. 25 to the rank of E2, Seaman Apprentice. Tomsick was a member of the 2015 graduating class at Sidney High School and has a first-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do from the ATA Family Martial Arts School in Sidney.
