    Nebraska horse riders will compete June 9-14 in University of Nebraska-Lincoln Extension 4-H District Horse Shows. Competition categories include Western pleasure ponies, junior and senior divisions of Western pleasure, Western horsemanship, hunter under saddle, hunt seat equitation, reining, pole bending and barrel racing, said Lena Cottle, UNL equine extension specialist.     Over 150 dancers performed for a packed crowd at the Sidney Middle School gym last Sunday. The highlight every year are the Father/Daughter routines that close out the show.     The Chad Nienhueser Memorial Scholarship is given to area high school students who are going to pursue a college education in the sciences or math and whom has demonstrated leadership skills.
